You will take the first pill by swallowing it with water at the doctor’s office. You’ll have to schedule a second visit for no more than 48 hours later. At the second visit, you will receive the second pill which you can take at home or at the doctor’s office. You take the second pill by either holding it in your cheek for 30 minutes then swallowing with water, or by inserting it in your vagina for 30 minutes.
