COVID-19

Hope Clinic has implemented infection control measures to decrease the spread of respiratory illness and risk to patients, visitors, staff, and our community. We follow guidelines from the Illinois Department of Public Health and monitor trends in infectious disease to inform our policies.

General Guidelines:

  • Stay home if you or your support person is sick. We are happy to reschedule your appointment.
  • Wash/sanitize your hands regularly and avoid touching your face or mouth.
  • Because of cleaning measures and other procedures your appointment length may vary.
  • Follow current masking policy.

Masks must be worn in the following circumstances:

  • You have symptoms of respiratory illness
    • Symptoms include runny nose, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, etc.
  • You have been exposed to someone with a respiratory illness.
  • A staff member asks you to wear a mask.

Masks are available at designated stations throughout our facility. Let us know if you would like staff members caring for you to be masked or if for your health/safety you require other accommodations.

Depending on current infection trends and public health guidelines, masking may be limited to the above guidelines or it may be mandatory for all patients, visitors, and staff. If you have questions about our current masking policy, please contact our office.
